Call for SYTA Youth Foundation Board Nominations
Board service is a chance to grow personally and professionally, to develop skills, gain unique experience, and make lasting connections with a team of other passionate and motivated professionals.
The SYTA Youth Foundation has a dedicated staff who manage day-to-day operations enabling the board to focus on matters of strategic importance which can help improve our programs and services that we offer to our members.
Board responsibilities include leading the SYTA Youth Foundation under its established vision and strategic plan, fundraising, and ensuring the sustainability of the Foundation for the future.
SYTA Youth Foundation Board of Trustees
- The SYTA Youth Foundation Vice Chair position is open for nominations and must be a SYTA member in good standing. The Vice Chair serves a one-year term and, upon completion of that term, shall automatically succeed to the office of Chair for one year, then serve as Past Chair for one year. - A minimum of two (2) positions will be appointed. The Trustee term is two years, August 2026 – 2028. Click here to read more about the Trustee position.
- If you are selected to join the Board of Trustees, you will be asked to sign a Trustee Agreement. To view the current Trustee Agreement click here. Please note: Do not sign this now. This is only for reference and if you are selected to join the Board of Trustees, you will be asked to sign the Trustee Agreement then.

Please review the Nomination Process before completing your nomination form. Nominations must be submitted by 5 p.m. EDT, Friday April 17, 2026. Candidates may nominate themselves using the links above.
