YOUTH FIRST AWARD NOMINATION APPLICATION

Nominations are now closed. The winner will be announced at the 2024 SYTA Annual Conference in New York, NY in August 2024.

The SYTA Youth Foundation is actively seeking candidates for the prestigious Youth First Award. This award, given annually, recognizes an individual or organization that demonstrates a commitment to enriching students’ lives through travel and/or contributing to the advancement of our industry through volunteer activities, community service or education.

Please find the Youth First Award Application below. Using the following guidelines, please answer the questions explaining why the nominee should be considered as a recipient of the Youth First Award. To be considered for this award, nominees must be current or former SYTA member (Active, Associate, or Dual) and must demonstrate excellence in at least two of the following areas:

• Contribution(s) to the SYTA Youth Foundation from either a significant volunteer perspective or financial commitment
• Volunteer work and/or community service
• Contribution(s) to Student/Youth travel and tourism education

Please use the form below to submit your nomination for the SYTA Youth Foundation “Youth First” Award. Nomination forms must be submitted through the online form by the Friday, June 14, 2024 deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
