VISIONARY AWARD NOMINATION APPLICATION

Nominations are now closed. The winner will be announced at the 2024 SYTA Annual Conference in New York, NY in August 2024. 

The SYTA Youth Foundation is actively seeking candidates for the prestigious Visionary Award. This annual award recognizes an individual located in the destination of our annual conference that demonstrates a commitment to enriching students’ lives through travel and/or contributing to the advancement of our industry through education, volunteer activities or community service. It is our goal to recognize their accomplishments during our annual conference and celebrate the impact they have made on the students and youth in their community.

Please find the Visionary Award Application below. Using the following guidelines, please answer the questions explaining why the nominee should be considered as a recipient of the Visionary Award.

To be considered for this award, nominees must demonstrate excellence in at least two of the following areas:

• An educator or teacher committed to enriching students’ lives through travel
• Volunteer work and/or community service with youth throughout the year
• Contribution(s) from a financial commitment
• Contribution(s) to student & youth travel and tourism

Please use the form below to submit your nomination for the SYTA Youth Foundation Visionary Award. Nomination forms must be submitted through the online form by the Friday, June 14, 2024 deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
